Joint Book Manager definition

Joint Book Manager. Global Coordinator”, “Regional Coordinator”, “Syndication Agent” or “Documentation Agent” shall have, in their capacities as such, no responsibilities or liabilities under or in connection with this Agreement.
Joint Book Manager has the meaning specified in the recitals of parties to this Agreement.
Joint Book Manager shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary duty to or fiduciary relationship with any Lender. In addition to the agreement set forth in Section 11.11, each of the Lenders acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Persons so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.
