Joint Determination definition

Joint Determination the valuers appointed under clause 5.4(i). will jointly determine the current market licence fee of the Premises;
Joint Determination shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.2.2(a).
Joint Determination means a determination made upon the mutual agreement of the Board of Directors and Wexford, as provided in Article 6.8 hereof.

Examples of Joint Determination in a sentence

  • In case such Joint Determination is made, the payment of the Purchase Price Adjustment, if any, shall be made in accordance with Section 3.2.3 below.

  • Where Consult - Joint Determination is applicable, the Parties will comply with the procedures set out in Section 2(a)(iv) of Schedule 7.1(a) (SRTA General Rights and Obligations).

Related to Joint Determination

  • Expert Determination the process described in Paragraph 6 of Schedule 8.3 (Dispute Resolution Procedure);
