Joint Inventions definition

Joint Inventions has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1.
Joint Inventions means any and all Inventions made or generated hereunder jointly by at least one employee or contractor of each Party (or its respective Affiliates), as determined by United States patent laws for inventorship, in each case while performing activities under this Agreement.
Joint Inventions shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.1.

Examples of Joint Inventions in a sentence

  • Each Party will have the right to file patents at its own cost related to its Inventions or Joint Inventions owned in accordance with Section 5.1. In the event that one Party determines that it does not wish to file patents related to one or more of its Inventions and the other party wishes for such patents to be filed, the Party wishing to file such patents shall have the right to assume responsibility for patenting and will be responsible for costs associated with patenting activities.

  • Inventions and Joint Inventions shall be included in the Rights contemplated under Section 4 herein.

  • Inventions and Joint Inventions shall be included in discussions contemplated by section 4.2.
