Joint Know-How definition

Joint Know-How has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.2.
Joint Know-How means Know-How that is made jointly by the Parties or their Affiliates or their Sublicensees in connection with any activity carried out pursuant to this Agreement.
Joint Know-How shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4.

  • Subject to the licenses and other rights granted herein, as between the Parties, each Party will own an equal, undivided interest in any and all Joint Know-How and Joint Patent Rights generated in performance of activities under this Agreement.


More Definitions of Joint Know-How

Joint Know-How means all Know-How included in Joint Inventions, other than any Joint Patent.
