Joint Memorandum definition

Joint Memorandum means a memorandum jointly signed by the parties as contemplated in Rule 1(4) and in the form as prescribed in Schedule-II of the Rules;
Joint Memorandum means a memorandum jointly signed by the parties in the format as provided at Schedule-I or Schedule 1(A), as the case may be. 1
