Joint Research Plan definition

Joint Research Plan means the project plan that outlines the Joint Research Programme and each Party’s obligations thereunder, including the allocation of FTEs by Dynavax, as further described in Section 3.3.
Joint Research Plan means the research plan with respect to the Category 1 Targets as mutually agreed to by the Parties, the initial version of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B, as such plan may be changed from time to time in accordance with Section 2.4.
Joint Research Plan means the written workplan and timetable attached hereto as Exhibit C, as updated or amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement. The initial Joint Research Plan is expected to commence on the Effective Date and shall expire on or before August 9, 2012.

  • Such Joint Research Plan shall detail the work to be conducted, the Lead Series Criteria, the Development Candidate Criteria, schedule, and level of effort in FTEs and budget for the initial Collaboration Target, and serve as exemplars for Joint Research Plans for each subsequent Collaboration Target approved by the JRC after the Effective Date, which shall be substantially similar in scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and resource requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

More Definitions of Joint Research Plan

Joint Research Plan means each research plan for each Collaboration Degrader Target Set approved as further described in Section 4.1 (Joint Research Plans) (as such plan may be amended as permitted under this Agreement), which plan shall include the applicable Collaboration Degrader Criteria and the [*] validation criteria (including the applicable [*] Potency Benchmark) for advancement of Collaboration Degraders or Collaboration Degrader-Antibody Conjugates that are Directed To such Collaboration Degrader Target Set as further described in Section 4.1 (Joint Research Plans).
Joint Research Plan means the strategic plan appended to this Agreement as Appendix 1.57, which sets out the responsibilities of each Party for research and development leading to a Collaboration Product for each Collaboration Target under the Agreement. On the Effective Date of this Agreement, a detailed Joint Research Plan in accordance with the conduct of research described in Article 3 and the responsibilities of the JRC described in Article 6, shall be appended to Appendix 1.57. Such Joint Research Plan shall detail the work to be conducted, the Lead Series Criteria, the Development Candidate Criteria, schedule, and level of effort in FTEs and budget for the initial Collaboration Target, and serve as exemplars for Joint Research Plans for each subsequent Collaboration Target approved by the JRC after the Effective Date, which shall be substantially similar in scope, responsibilities, deliverables, and resource requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Joint Research Plan means the written plan specifying the research to be conducted during the Research Term (a) for HBV, set forth on the HBV Joint Research Plan attached hereto; and (b) for any Option Disease Area, following agreement between the Parties on the Research Program work for such Option Disease Area.
