Research Plan means the written research plan for the Research Program to be prepared by the Parties in accordance with Section 2.1. The initial draft Research Plan is set forth on Exhibit B. The Research Plan may be amended or modified from time to time by the Joint Research Committee by written agreement or as evidenced in the approved minutes of the JRC meetings.

Research Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3(a).

Examples of Research Plan in a sentence

• If Aktis desires to (a) use any Patents or Know-How controlled by Aktis pursuant to an Excluded In-License in the performance of its activities under an applicable Research Plan or (b) incorporate any of the foregoing into any Licensed Compound or Licensed Product, then, in either case, Aktis shall promptly notify Lilly thereof [***].

• Each Research Program will be conducted in accordance with the applicable Research Plan for such Research Program.

• In connection with each Research Plan, and subject to the timing and further terms specified in such Research Plan, either Party or its Affiliates (the “Materials Provider”) may need to transfer certain Materials owned or Controlled by such Party or its Affiliates to the other Party or its Affiliates (the “Materials Receiver”, and such Materials, “Provided Materials”).

More Definitions of Research Plan

Research Plan means the statement in Appendix A of the respective research and development commitments of the Parties. The Research Plan should describe the provisions for sponsoring the IND, clinical and safety monitoring, and data management.

Research Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(a).

Research Plan means the research plan to be agreed in writing between the Parties, which describes the research activities to be performed for each Collaboration Target.

Research Plan means the plan for the Research Program agreed upon by the Parties and attached hereto as Schedule A.

Research Plan is a description of the proposed research that will use this Data Set. The Research Plan must include the project title, names of the RECIPIENT and the PI, and a one- to two-paragraph paragraph description of the proposed research protocol including the research objectives and scientific design.

Research Plan means the research plan attached hereto as Exhibit A (as may be amended from time to time by mutual agreement of the Parties), which sets forth the scope, timing and details of the research to be performed by the Company Team and Harvard Team under the direction of their respective Principal Investigators during the Term.

Research Plan or "RP" means the statement in Appendix A of the respective research and development commitments of the Parties to this CRADA.
