Joint Research Unit definition

Joint Research Unit means an unincorporated entities created by a written contract between a Contractor and the Members it represents and indicated, if any, in the special clause n°23 in the adeddum of the EC Contrat.
Joint Research Unit. An unicorporated entity created by a written contract between a Signatory Party and the Third party with rights on results. According to article 26 of the GA (Third parties with rights on results and JRU), Aix Marseille Université is the third party with rights on results for CNRS laboratory - Institut Fresnel (UMR 7249).
