Joint Sharing Agreement means any agreement entered into in the future among the Issuer, the Trustee and the trustee under another indenture of trust of the Issuer to properly allocate payments from, and liabilities to, the U.S. Department of Education on student loans among the trust estate created under the Indenture and any other trust estate established by the Issuer, as any such agreement may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
