Joint Venture or Joint Ventures definition
Joint Venture or Joint Ventures means those joint venture or general partnership arrangements in which the Company or the Operating Partnership is a co-venturer or general partner which are established to acquire Properties.
Joint Venture or Joint Ventures means those joint venture or general partnership arrangements in which the General Partner or the Partnership is a co-venturer or general partner which are established to acquire Properties. Limited Partner means any Person, including LTIP Unitholders, named as a Limited Partner on Exhibit A attached hereto or maintained in the records of the Partnership by the General Partner, and any Person who becomes a Substitute Limited Partner, in such Person’s capacity as a Limited Partner in the Partnership. A Limited Partner may hold undesignated Common Units, Class A Units, Class A-1 Units, LTIP Units, Preferred Units, or any combination thereof.
