JPY-TIBOR-17097 means that the rate for a Reset Date will be Yen TIBOR for a period of the Designated Maturity which appears on the Reuters Screen 17097 Page as of 12:50 p.m., Tokyo time (or any amended publication time as specified by the Yen TIBOR benchmark administrator in the Yen TIBOR benchmark methodology), on the day that is two Tokyo Banking Days preceding that Reset Date.
