JSE means, as the context requires, either JSE Limited, registration number 2005/022939/06, a public company incorporated in accordance with the laws of South Africa and licensed to operate an exchange under the FM Act, or the securities exchange operated by that company;
JSE means the JSE Limited;
JSE means the exchange operated by JSE Limited, (Registration No. 2005/022939/06) (or any other name by which it may be known in the future) or its successor body;
