JSE Trading Platform definition
JSE Trading Platform means the trading platform established, operated and maintained by BIC2 in respect of the BIC2 Ordinary Shares, pursuant to which the BIC2 Ordinary Shares will be listed on, and traded, on the JSE during the BEE Listing Period;
JSE Trading Platform has the meaning given to that term in the BIC2 Pref Share Terms;
