  • Each Party may replace any or all of its representatives on the JTSC with individual(s) of appropriate experience and seniority at any time upon written notice to the other Party.

  • The JTSC shall have access to necessary resources, advisors and information required to support their mandate.

  • The members of the JTSC also may convene or be polled or consulted from time to time by means of telecommunications, video conferences, electronic mail or correspondence, as deemed necessary or appropriate.
