Judgment Amount definition

Judgment Amount has the meaning provided in Section 11.24.
Judgment Amount means the sum of (i) the liquidated amount of the Judgment, (ii) interest thereon at the legal rate of the jurisdiction in which it was entered from the date of such entry through the Date Fixed for Redemption, and (iii) reasonable expenses of the Company (including its reasonable attorney fees, court costs, administration and overhead costs, and any other related expenses) of enforcing the Judgment and/or redeeming its shares to satisfy the same, less the sum of any amounts thereto fore paid on, or credited against, the Judgment.
Judgment Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.03 hereof.

Examples of Judgment Amount in a sentence

  • A warrant or writ of attachment or execution or similar process shall be issued against any property of AHL or any Subsidiary thereof which exceeds in value the Material Judgment Amount and such warrant or process shall continue undischarged or unstayed for a period of thirty (30) days.

  • Except as disclosed by SELLER in Rights In Judgment, Exhibit 1, or otherwise agreed to by PURCHASER in writing, all Proceeds to which SELLER is entitled on account of Litigation, the Litigation Proceeds, the Judgment and the Judgment Collateral shall be paid first to PURCHASER, until the full Judgment Amount Assigned has been paid to PURCHASER.
