Settlement Amount definition

Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iv).

Examples of Settlement Amount in a sentence

  • The Non-Defaulting Party shall calculate, in a commercially reasonable manner, a Settlement Amount for the Terminated Transaction as of the Early Termination Date.

Settlement Amount means, with respect to any Early Termination Date, an amount (as determined by Party B) equal to:
