Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iv).

  • Any amount not approved by the Court shall become part of the Net Settlement Amount for distribution to the Settlement Class Members on a pro rata basis.

Settlement Amount means, with respect to any Early Termination Date, an amount (as determined by Party B) equal to:
