The Master Servicer shall provide and cause each Servicer to provide in accordance with the related Purchase and Servicing Agreement to the OTS and the FDIC and to comparable regulatory authorities supervising Holders of Junior Certificates and the examiners and supervisory agents of the OTS, the FDIC and such other authorities, access to the documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans required by applicable regulations of the OTS and the FDIC.
