Junior Consultant. A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in duties associated with MCS is required for Junior Consultant positions. Junior Consultant. Demonstrable experience in a wide range of projects in their specialist field. Evidence of Customer facing experience and support services to wider consultancy projects. Typically we would expect a person within this category to have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Specialist Relevant Chartered / Fellow or equivalent (whichever is higher for specialism) obtained through 5 years FTE field work (post grad), with a high degree of skill in or knowledge of a certain subject. Qualifications would typically include graduate and postgraduate study of that specific specialism.   • Sub-consultant means an entity to whom the Consultant intends to subcontract any part of the Services while the Consultant remains responsible to the Procuring Entity during the whole performance of the Contract.
