Junior Consultant means an individual consultant who has successfully participated in seeking, bidding and execution of four consultancy assignments out of which he/she must have participated in the bidding of at least two.

Any external specialists used to provide the Services will be appointed by the Supplier and will become a sub-contractor to the Supplier. The Supplier will be responsible for the performance of the specialists so selected. Suppliers may offer Graduates to undertake services under the framework agreement as part of its proposal. This must be agreed by the Customer and a fee agreed for the Graduate at the call off stage.
