Junior high school definition

Junior high school means a public school providing a junior high school program approved by the state board [department] for grades seven through nine, or for grades seven and eight; and
Junior high school means a school that serves grades 7-9 in whatever kind of school the grade levels exist.
Junior high school for purposes of this rule means grades 7 through 9.
