Junior Mezzanine Loans definition

Junior Mezzanine Loans means, collectively, such mezzanine loans junior to this Loan as may be created pursuant to Section 5.1.11(b).
Junior Mezzanine Loans means, collectively, the Fifth Mezzanine Loan, the Sixth Mezzanine Loan, the Seventh Mezzanine Loan, the Eighth Mezzanine Loan and the Ninth Mezzanine Loan.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Mezzanine Lender agrees that any "resizing" of the Mortgage Loan and the Loan shall not change the economics of the Mortgage Loan, Mezzanine Loan, Junior Mezzanine Loans and the Loan taken as a whole in a manner which is adverse to Mezzanine Borrower.
