Junior Priority Agent definition

Junior Priority Agent means any of the Original Second Lien Agent and any Additional Agent under any Junior Priority Documents.

• As between any Junior Priority Agent and any other Junior Priority Agent, any such Cash Collateral or Control Collateral held by any such Party shall be held by it subject to the terms and conditions of Section 3.2.

• Until the Discharge of Senior Priority Obligations, each Junior Priority Agent, for and on behalf of itself and the Junior Priority Creditors represented thereby, agrees not to seek relief from the automatic stay or any other stay in any Insolvency Proceeding in respect of any portion of the Collateral without each Senior Priority Agent’s express written consent.
