Junior Priority Lien Collateral Agent definition
Junior Priority Lien Collateral Agent means, with respect to any series of Junior Priority Lien Obligations, the trustee, administrative agent, collateral agent or other debt representative for such series of Junior Priority Lien Obligations, or any successor agent or trustee as is designated under the Junior Priority Lien Security Documents.
Junior Priority Lien Collateral Agent means the collateral trustee or other representative of lenders or holders of Junior Priority Lien Obligations designated pursuant to the terms of the Junior Priority Lien Documents and the Intercreditor Agreement, in each case, together with its successors and assigns.
