Junior Trust Estate definition

Junior Trust Estate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
Junior Trust Estate has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1. “Lien” means, with respect to any asset (a) any mortgage, deed of trust, deed to secure debt, lien (statutory or otherwise), pledge, hypothecation, encumbrance, restriction, collateral assignment, charge or security interest in, on or of such asset; (b) the interest of a vendor or a lessor under any conditional sale agreement, capital lease or title retention agreement (or any financing lease having substantially the same economic effect as any of the foregoing) relating to such asset, and (c) in the case of Equity Interests or debt securities, any purchase option, call or similar right of a third party with respect to such Equity Interests or debt securities. For the avoidance of doubt, “Lien” shall not be deemed to include licenses of intellectual property. “Notes” means the 11.50% Senior Secured PIK Notes due 2026 of the Issuer issued under the Indenture. “Obligations” means any principal (including reimbursement obligations with respect to letters of credit whether or not then available or drawn), interest (including all interest accrued 10
