Junk dealer definition

Junk dealer means any person engaged in collecting, storing, buying or selling junk. "Junk" means articles or materials that, because of age, deterioration or use, have lost their original utility or desirability but that by alteration, restoration or salvage may furnish an item or items of value.

Junk dealer means any Person who engages in buying or selling old metals (other than precious metals), glass, rags, rubber, paper, or other junk from a fixed Place of Business.
