Jurisdictional Authority definition

Jurisdictional Authority means the state transportation department, a county road commission, or a local authority that has jurisdiction over a street or highway on which a mobile home is proposed to be moved.
Jurisdictional Authority means the Party in charge of and responsible for directing and coordinating operation of specific system equipment. This includes complete authority for switching, voltage control, equipment loading, and any other activities pertinent to proper operation of that equipment, subject to equipment limitations and Good Utility Practice.
