JustCo definition
JustCo means the means the JustCo entity managing the Premises; “Other Users” means (other than the User) those persons who are using the Premises, and “Other User” means any of them; “Permitted Occupier” mean any person in the Premises with the User’s permission;
JustCo means, (a) Tower Sharing (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (202105851E) if the Premises is Asia Green, The Metropolis or International Plaza, or otherwise (b) JustCo (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (201507302C), unless otherwise specified in the Key Details; “JustCo Members” means (other than the Member) those persons or entities who have signed membership agreements with JustCo or any Group Company in respect of the Premises or any Other Premises, and “JustCo Member” means any of them;
