JV Subsidiaries definition

JV Subsidiaries means each Subsidiary of the Borrower that directly holds an equity interest in any Borrower Joint Venture.

JV Subsidiaries of any specified Person means any other Person of which such first Person owns (either directly or through one or more other Subsidiaries) twenty percent (20%) or more of the outstanding Equity Securities or securities carrying twenty percent (20%) or more of the voting power in the election of the board of directors or other governing body of such Person; provided, however, that for the purposes of this Agreement, (i) ”JV Subsidiaries” shall not include any Person otherwise covered by the definition of “Subsidiary”, and (ii) neither Company nor any of its JV Subsidiaries (including any Contributed Comcast Subsidiary) shall constitute or be deemed to be JV Subsidiaries of Comcast.

JV Subsidiaries means Lyondell Petrochemical G.P. Inc., Lyondell Petrochemical L.P. Inc., Lyondell Refining Company, Lyondell General Methanol Company, Lyondell Limited Methanol Company and each other Subsidiary of the Borrower that, at any time, directly holds an equity interest in any Borrower Joint Venture, and "JV SUBSIDIARY" means any of the foregoing, as the context may require.

JV Subsidiaries means the UK Subsidiaries, the European Subsidiaries and the US Subsidiary, in each case as listed in Schedule 2 (JV Subsidiaries);

JV Subsidiaries means Lyondell Petrochemical G.P. Inc., Lyondell Petrochemical L.P. Inc., Lyondell Refining Company, Lyondell Refining LP, LLC and each other Subsidiary of the Borrower that, at any time, directly holds an equity interest in any Borrower Joint Venture, and "JV Subsidiary" means any of the foregoing, as the context may require.

JV Subsidiaries means each Subsidiary of Lyondell that directly holds an equity interest in any Lyondell Joint Venture.
