KCOM Network definition

KCOM Network the telecommunications infrastructure and system operated by KCOM;
KCOM Network means the KCOM network infrastructure used to provide the Service;
KCOM Network the telecommunications infrastructure and system operated by Us or Our sub- contractor in order to provide the Service;

Examples of KCOM Network in a sentence

  • Where the CP wishes calls to be made across the KCOM Network the CP will enter into a separate agreement with KCOM for the provision of that service.

  • If the fault is not attributable to the KCOM Network the CP will be liable for Time Related Charges as set out in the Price List.

  • These services are available as single (DEL) and Multiline Auxiliary options and calls can be made across the KCOM Network or another Communications Provider’s network through Indirect Access.

  • KCOM will monitor availability of the KCOM Network 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and manage any failure of the KCOM Network so as to restore service as soon as is reasonably practicable and (where applicable) in accordance with the Service Level Agreement set out in Schedule 2.

  • Any laser power levels identified as being above the safe limit will be immediately isolated from the KCOM Network.

  • If the incident cannot be traced to KCOM’s Services, the KCOM Network or KCOM Equipment, and appears to be a problem with resources or equipment for which KCOM is not responsible, KCOM will provide the CP with a report of tests that have been carried out and an explanation of how the incident was traced.

  • Under no circumstances should laser power levels above those defined in KCOM’s Customer Interface Publications, including but not limited to CIP044 be applied to any part of the KCOM Network.

  • If You do not promptly take such steps then We shall be entitled to take all reasonable steps to protect the KCOM Network including the suspension and/or termination of the Services or any part of the Services.

Related to KCOM Network

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.

  • In-network or "participating" means a provider or facility

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;

  • Digital network means any online-enabled application, software, website or system offered or utilized by a transportation network company that enables the prearrangement of rides with transportation network company drivers.

  • Area network means a type of electric distribution system served by multiple transformers interconnected in an electrical network circuit, which is generally used in large metropolitan areas that are densely populated, in order to provide highly reliable service. Area network has the same meaning as the term "distribution secondary grid network" found in institute of electrical and electronics engineers (IEEE) standard 1547 sub clause 4.1.4.

  • Open Wireless Network means any network or segment of a network that is not designated by the State of New Hampshire’s Department of Information Technology or delegate as a protected network (designed, tested, and approved, by means of the State, to transmit) will be considered an open network and not adequately secure for the transmission of unencrypted PI, PFI, PHI or confidential DHHS data.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Spot network means a type of electric distribution system that uses two or more inter-tied transformers to supply an electrical network circuit. A spot network is generally used to supply power to a single customer or a small group of customers. Spot network has the same meaning as the term "spot network" defined in Section 4.1.4 of IEEE Standard 1547.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Network means the participating providers described in the Provider Directory.

  • public telecommunications network means the telecommunications infrastructure authorised by a Party to be used to provide public telecommunications services between defined network termination points;

  • telecommunications network means transmission systems and, where applicable, switching or routing equipment and other resources, including network elements which are not active, which permit the transmission and reception of signals by wire, radio, optical, or other electromagnetic means;

  • Secure Network means a network which is only accessible by Secure

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Network Element is As Defined in the Act.

  • Local Area Network or “LAN” means the infrastructure that enables the ability to transfer IP services within Sites (including data, voice and video conferencing services).

  • Cable Television Network means system consisting of set of closed transmission paths and associated signal generation, control and distribution equipment, designed to provide Cable Service for reception by multiple subscribers.

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two 64 Kbps bearer channels and one 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.
