Kemess Mine definition

Kemess Mine means the Kemess North Property and the Kemess South Mine;
Kemess Mine means the mining and milling complex located in the mountains of north-central British Columbia, approximately 430 kilometres northwest of Prince Xxxxxx, consisting of four mining leases (Numbers 354991, 410732, 410741 and 524240), 57 cell and legacy mineral claims and one surface rights licence, collectively covering 80,580 acres and operating under the M96-03 Project Approval Certificate issued on April 29, 1996;
Kemess Mine means the Kemess North Property and Kemess South Mine."

  • Bottle means any vessel intended to contain liquids and having a capacity of not more than 43

  • Raw material means any unprocessed material in its raw or natural state that is intended to become part of the components of a cannabis product.

For purposes of this definition of "cigarette", 0.09 ounces of "roll-your-own" tobacco shall constitute 1 individual "cigarette".

  • Slug means any discharge of water, sewage, or industrial waste which in concentration of any given constituent or in quantity of flow exceeds for any period of duration longer than fifteen (15) minutes more than five (5) times the average twenty-four (24) hour concentration or flows during normal operation.

  • Gas Transporter means the licensed operator of the transportation network through which gas is transported to you;
