Keno writer definition

Keno writer means an individual stationed at the Keno counter who processes received tickets from either the customer or Keno runner.
Keno writer or "Writer" means a Special Employee authorised by the Venue Operator to operate the Writer Terminal at that Venue.
Keno writer means a person who operates the Random Number Generator authorized by the Tribal Gaming Agency to select Winning Numbers for each game, and is also authorized by the Tribal Gaming Agency to validate completed Inside Tickets, verify and accept the authorized price thereof, issue Outside and Quick Pick Tickets, and make payments for winning Outside Tickets.
