Key Criteria means, with respect to a Collaboration Program, the applicable criteria set forth in [***], and such other criteria set forth in [***] that are designated as “Key Criteria” by mutual agreement of the Parties.

Examples of Key Criteria in a sentence

  • Sigilon shall provide written notice to the JRC of any Licensed Product identified or developed by or on behalf of Sigilon that Sigilon reasonably believes satisfies the Key Criteria.
