Sigilon shall provide written notice to the JRC of any Licensed Product identified or developed by or on behalf of Sigilon that Sigilon reasonably believes satisfies the Key Criteria.
Any disputes as to whether such Key Criteria have been met shall be resolved as set forth in Section 3.6.1.
