Key Customer definition

Key Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 3.20(a).
Key Customer means each of the customers or programs set forth on Schedule 1.1(d) of the Seller Disclosure Schedule.
Key Customer has the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.17(a).

More Definitions of Key Customer

Key Customer has the meaning set forth in Section 3.15.
Key Customer means key customers of the Target listed on Schedule 7.03(h).
Key Customer means each customer associated with the Business (other than the Sellers or their Affiliates) that paid either Seller or the Sellers, in the aggregate, in excess of $10,000,000 for the sale of products from the Business during the 12-month period ended December 31, 2005.
Key Customer shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.1(t).
Key Customer means (i) each of the 10 largest customers of the Base Chemicals Business (other than the Sellers or their Affiliates) based on aggregate sales of products from the Base Chemicals Business during the two-year period ended December 31, 2006, and (ii) each of the 15 largest customers of the Polymers Business (other than the Sellers or their Affiliates) based on aggregate sales of products from the Polymers Business during the twelve-month period ended December 31, 2006.
Key Customer means the top ten (10) customers of the FH Business during the last full fiscal year, set forth in Section A(7) of the Seller’s Disclosure Letter, based on dollar sales volumes of the FH Business during the twelve(12) month period ended December 31, 2016.
Key Customer means any customer of the Group Companies (taken as a whole) which in the financial year ended on the Accounts Date accounted for revenue in excess of US$[***];
