Examples of Key Customer in a sentence
No Key Customer has any right to any credit or refund for products sold or services rendered or to be rendered by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to any Contract with or practice of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
To the Knowledge of the Company, no Key Customer has threatened to take any action described in the preceding sentence as a result of the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
