Key Men definition

Key Men means each of Brian Gilbertson, Arne H. Frandsen, Sean Gilbertson, Priyank Thapliyal and any person approved as a Key Man in accordance with the terms of the Investment Management Agreement;
Key Men means Mr. Guo Hongxin and Mr. Ma Ming.
Key Men means those employees who are regularly and customarily employed by the Employer, and who have been employed by him sometime during the past six (6) months, and who, because of their special knowledge, skill and experience regarding the Employer's operations, are considered necessary by the Employer to the efficient performance of work to be done under this Agreement. The number of "Key Men" allowed into an area should be ten (10). The Local Union will be given as much lead-time as possible so as to afford them time to train and certify whatever manpower is needed.
