Key Men definition

Key Men means each of Brian Gilbertson, Arne H. Frandsen, Sean Gilbertson, Priyank Thapliyal and any person approved as a Key Man in accordance with the terms of the Investment Management Agreement;
Key Men means those employees who are regularly and customarily employed by the Employer, and who have been employed by him sometime during the past six (6) months, and who, because of their special knowledge, skill and experience regarding the Employer's operations, are considered necessary by the Employer to the efficient performance of work to be done under this Agreement. The number of "Key Men" allowed into an area should be ten (10). The Local Union will be given as much lead-time as possible so as to afford them time to train and certify whatever manpower is needed.
Key Men means those employees who are regularly and customarily employed by the Employer whenever he has work and who have been employed by him sometime during the past six (6) months and who, because of their special knowledge, skill and experience regarding the Employer’s operations are considered necessary by the Employer to the efficient performance of the work to be done under this Agreement.

  • Where Key Men are required to work beyond the Province of Ontario boundaries, they shall not be paid less than the home-based conditions contained herein.

Related to Key Men

  • Classified service means all employment positions in the City that are not excluded by ordinance, City Charter or State law from the provisions of Seattle Municipal Code Chapter 4.04 or the Personnel Rules adopted pursuant thereto.

  • Dependant non classified means a person who is aged 18–20 of age who does not have a spouse or partner.

  • Tare Weight means the weight of an empty shipping container, excluding all materials used for wrapping, cushioning, banding, waterproofing, packaging, blocking and bracing articles within the exterior container.

  • Barrier Level means the Barrier Level as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.

  • Intermittent means care that is to be rendered because of a medically predictable recurring need for skilled home health care. “Skilled home health care” means reasonable and necessary care for the treatment of an illness or injury which requires the skill of a nurse or therapist, based on the complexity of the service and the condition of the patient and which is performed directly by an appropriately licensed professional provider. Home health care requires Preauthorization.

  • Check Meter means the Buyer revenue-quality meter section(s) or meter(s), which Buyer may require at its discretion, and which will include those devices normally supplied by Buyer or Seller under the applicable utility electric service requirements.

  • Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) means the diameter of a tree at 4 1/2 feet above the ground measured from the uphill side.

  • Severity Level means the actual impact of a Defect on a user’s operational environment as further described in the table below.

  • Parties to a Traineeship Scheme means the employer organisation and/or the employer and the union involved in the consultation and negotiation required for the approval of a traineeship scheme.

  • Vehicle measuring attitude means the position of the vehicle as defined by the co-ordinates of fiducial marks in the three-dimensional reference system.

  • Classified employee means an employee in the classified service, or an employee currently on leave from the classified service in accordance with established Merit Rules governing leave.

  • Population means the population as ascertained at the last preceding census of which the relevant figures have been published;

In determining whether a natural person is a qualified purchaser, there may be included in the amount of such person’s investments any investment held jointly with such person’s spouse, or investments in which such person shares with such person’s spouse a community property or similar shared ownership interest. In determining whether spouses who are making a joint investment in the Partnership are qualified purchasers, there may be included in the amount of each spouse’s investments any investments owned by the other spouse (whether or not such investments are held jointly). There shall be deducted from the amount of any such investments any amounts specified by paragraph 2(a) of Annex 2 incurred by such spouse. In determining whether a natural person is a qualified purchaser, there may be included in the amount of such person’s investments any investments held in an individual retirement account or similar account the investments of which are directed by and held for the benefit of such person.

  • Sexually motivated ’ means that one of the purposes for which the defendant committed the crime was for the purpose of the defendant’s sexual gratification.
