Key Personnel definition

Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being Key Personnel.

Examples of Key Personnel in a sentence

  • If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Service Provider, it becomes necessary to replace any of the Key Personnel, the Service Provider shall provide as a replacement a person of equivalent or better qualifications.

  • The titles, agreed job descriptions, minimum qualifications, and estimated periods of engagement in the carrying out of the Services of the Service Provider's Key Personnel are described in Appendix C.

  • The Key Personnel and Subcontractors listed by title as well as by name in Appendix Care hereby approved by the Procuring Entity.

  • If any of the Contractor's Key Personnel become unavailable or are disapproved and the Contractor cannot furnish a replacement acceptable to the AOC, the AOC may terminate this Agreement for cause pursuant to Standard Provisions paragraph 3, as set forth in Exhibit A.
