Key Personnel definition

Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.
Key Personnel means those members identified as such of the Contractor’s Personnel in the Specification.
Key Personnel means any Personnel designated in Section 1.031 as Key Personnel.

  • Prior to the Closing, the Key Personnel shall, as a condition to their continued employment with the Target Companies, execute and deliver to the Company and the SPAC an employment agreement, which will contain non-solicitation and non-compete agreements, in substantially the form set forth in Section 8.26 of the Company Disclosure Schedules (each, an “Employment Agreement”).
