Examples of Key Personnel in a sentence
For the purposes of this requirement, Key Personnel are those with management responsibility or principal technical responsibility (as opposed to multiple persons equaling a full-time equivalent [FTE]) for the functional areas described below.
Exceptions to requirements related to Key Personnel must be prior approved in writing by HCA.
Required staff positions may not be filled by staff identified as Key Personnel and additional required staff must reside in the State of New Mexico.
The Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel shall be assigned to this Contract for the duration of this Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines.
If HCA determines that a satisfactory working relationship cannot be established between certain Key Personnel and HCA, HCA will notify the CONTRACTOR in writing.
