Supplier Personnel definition

Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

Supplier Personnel means all directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the Supplier and/or of any Sub-Contractor engaged in the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under this Call Off Contract;

Supplier Personnel means any employee or contractor supplied by the Supplier to provide services.

• The Supplier shall, and shall procure that the Supplier Personnel shall, (without further liability to the Company) devote such of their time, attention and ability to the Supplies (including any overtime or additional shifts required) as may be necessary to meet those timescales.

• If there is any likelihood that the Supplier or any Supplier Personnel will fail to provide any Supplies within the applicable timeline for performance, then, without prejudice to any of the Company’s other rights or remedies, the Supplier shall promptly give the Company advance notice of the nature and effects of the circumstances in question and a best estimate of the duration of such circumstances.

Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, agents, representatives, subcontractors, subcontractor employees, or any person used by Supplier in the performance under an Order or Agreement.

Supplier Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and sub- contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Framework Agreement or any Call Off Agreements; Supplier Profit means, in relation to a period, the difference between the total Charges (in nominal cash flow terms but excluding any Deductions (as defined in Call Off Schedule 1 (Definitions)) and total Costs (in nominal cash flow terms) in respect of any Call Off Agreements for the relevant period; Supplier Profit means, in relation to a period, the Supplier Profit for the relevant period divided by the total Charges over the same Margin period in respect of any Call Off Agreements and expressed as a percentage;

Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, agents, representatives, subcontractors, subcontractor employees, or any other person used by Supplier in the performance hereof.
