Supplier Personnel all directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants and contractors of the Supplier and/or of any Subcontractor of the Supplier engaged in the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under the Agreement;

More Definitions of Supplier Personnel

Supplier Personnel means any person (including Key Personnel) instructed pursuant to this Contract to undertake any of the Supplier's obligations under this Contract, including the Supplier's employees, agents and Sub-Contractors.
