Key Ratios definition

Key Ratios means the following ratios: the [Loan Life Cover Ratio] (as defined in the Senior Funding Agreements); the [Annual Debt Service Cover Ratio] (as defined in the Senior Funding Agreements); the [Project IRR]; and the [Subordinated Debt Rate];
Key Ratios means the minimum debt service coverage ratio and the average debt service coverage ratio as set out in the Base Case Financial Model.
Key Ratios has the meaning set forth in the Direct Agreement executed on or about Financial Close.
