Key Stakeholder. Group: To act as a sounding board throughout the preparation process. This group will consist of the key stakeholders involved at the pre-deposit participation stage. Ie EAW, CCW, CADW, Unitary Authorities, Community Councils. However further relevant bodies may be invited when and where appropriate. ▪ Local Development Plan (LDP): Land use plan which will form the statutory development plan for a local authority area for the purposes of the Act. Subject to independent examination. ▪ Local Development Plans Wales (LDPW): WG Planning Policy Guidance document ▪ Local Development Plan Manual: WG Planning Policy Guidance document ▪ National Park Management Plan (NPMP): The single most important policy document for the National Park. It is a plan for the geographic area of the Park and not for any one authority and, as a strategic over-arching document, it co-ordinates and integrates other plans, strategies and actions in the National Park, including the Local Development Plan. ▪ Pre-Deposit Consultation: Informal process in which comments are invited on a particular topic or draft document ▪ Pre-Deposit Participation: A process, whereby stakeholders and the community can interface with plan makers ▪ Preferred Strategy: BBNPA report outlining the preferred strategy of the NPA following Pre- Deposit participation ▪ Project Management Timetable: A realistic timetable detailing the various stages of the preparation and delivery of the Local Development Plan (LDP) and how the process of the Plan preparation will be project managed. This timetable should also state the resources that will be required at each stage. ▪ Scoping: The process of deciding the scope and level of detail of an SA, including the sustainability effects and options which need to be considered, the assessment methods to be used, and the structure and contents of the SA Report
Key Stakeholder has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(b) hereof.
Key Stakeholder means the persons or legal entities that have a material association with NIB’s Counterparty. Key Stakeholders include, but are not limited to, subsidiaries, guarantors, Beneficial Owners, members of boards of directors and Senior Management.

Examples of Key Stakeholder in a sentence

  • It is envisaged that One Voice Wales (a principal organisation who represent and support many town and community councils) will be involved as a Key Stakeholder (see s 3.4.5).

  • In the event the Manager is in receipt of such a request in respect of the Partnership it shall inform the Funder (or any other Key Stakeholder as applicable) as soon as possible and not later than within 48 hours of receipt of a request and shall provide the Funder (or any Key Stakeholder) with whatever assistance the Funder (or Key Stakeholder) may request in order to make a comprehensive answer to the request.

  • In no event shall the Manager respond directly to any request for information received under the FOIA or the EI Regulations unless expressly authorised to do so by the Funders and/or such other Key Stakeholder as the case may be.

  • A LDP Key Stakeholder Group (KSG) will be established to assist in Plan preparation and will act as a sounding board to enable structured discussions.

  • NBS will work with the Town team to create a Key Stakeholder Outreach Plan and a list of key stakeholders and media outlets, develop website content, and an Informational Toolkit (fact sheet, Q&A, PowerPoint presentation) that can be used to educate and engage leaders in the public and private sector, business community, and community-based organizations about the need for additional funding for essential public services.

  • It is suggested that representatives of the following key partners and groups will be invited to form the Local Development Plan Key Stakeholder Group.

  • Stakeholders who have an interest in specific topic areas will be encouraged to become involved in TWG discussions and Key Stakeholder workshops and / or meetings.

  • Friends of the Earth have been invited to form part of the Key Stakeholder Group, however no response has been received.

  • Through this process Key Stakeholder engagement will address LDP issues and progress on an annual basis with updates (through the Community Plan Partnership) every 6 months (see Appendices 1-3).

  • The findings of the groups would be fed back to the LDP Key Stakeholder Group.
