Key Team definition

Key Team means the key team members of the Developer’s team who have prime responsibility for the development of the Product as listed in Schedule 1. This Key Team shall have substantial experience in the game genre of the Product and shall be expressly approved by the Publisher.

  • In addition to any other remedy by the University, the University may require Construction Manager to surrender ten percent (10%) of Construction Manager’s Overhead and Profit for each replaced Key Team Member.

  • It is the present intention of Kura that substantially all of the Services will be provided and/or overseen by members of the Kura Key Team, as agreed from time to time.

  • Provide a resume for each Key Team Member so that the Technical Panel can evaluate the capabilities of each team member to fulfill their project roles and complete the scope of services successfully.
