KFC Operators definition

KFC Operators means, as of each date of determination thereof, the owners of KFC Outlets, including those KFC Outlets owned directly by Tricon, who are eligible to purchase KFC Inventory directly through Unified pursuant to Title Transactions.

  • economic operators means the manufacturer, the authorised representative, the importer and the distributor;
