Kind of Operation. Means one of the various operations a Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 129 operator is authorized to conduct, as specified in its operations specifications (OpSpecs); i.e., domestic, flag, supplemental, commuter, or on-demand operations.
