Examples of King Party in a sentence

• Each party agrees that, from and after the Closing Date, each Novavax Party shall promptly provide to King and each King Party shall promptly provide to the Company, a copy of any and all HPV Joint Improvements or HPV Products in the possession of such party that are in tangible or other recorded form.

• Each of King and Parkedale, on behalf of itself and each other King Party, acknowledges that all originals and copies of any Novavax HPV Confidential Information, however and whenever produced, are the sole property of the Company and/or its affiliates, as applicable.
