Kitchen facilities definition

Kitchen facilities means kitchen amenities including, but not limited to, refrigerators, stoves, ovens, and kitchen-type sink. Amenities limited to a microwave, mini- refrigerator, and/or an appliance designed to produce coffee or tea do not constitute “kitchen facilities” for purposes of this definition.
Kitchen facilities. /“Kitchen” means a room or area equipped for the preparation and/or cooking of food; this may include but not be limited to a sink, bench top or oven/ extractor unit”.
Kitchen facilities means a space adapted to cooking or preparing food and containing one or more of the following: stove, oven, range, cook top, dishwasher or trash compactor.

A bathroom sink does not qualify as a kitchen facility. Amenities limited to a microwave, mini-refrigerator, and/or an appliance designed to produce coffee or tea do not constitute “kitchen facilities” for purposes of this definition.
