Kitchen Use. Renter, or the Renter’s Caterer if utilized, may use the Kitchen only to warm and serve food and drinks. Use is limited to sinks, ovens, one refrigerator and microwave. No utensils or other kitchen appliances may be used. Gambling: Illegal gambling is prohibited in the building or on the grounds. Smoking: The MCC is a smoke-free facility and smoking of any kind is prohibited in the building. Clean-up: Renter must, promptly upon completion of the Event, clean and remove all food, beverages and any decorations from the Premises allowed for the Event and Building and surrounding grounds, leaving the premises in broom-clean condition. Trash must be placed in bags in the dumpster and recycle in recycle bins outside the kitchen door.
Kitchen Use. Floors, counters, refrigerator, ovens and tops of stoves must be cleaned. All personal property must be removed prior to returning the keys. All floors must be cleaned to original condition.

Refunds due on the security deposit, less any deductions for compensation of damages will be refunded within two weeks (10 business days) from rental date. REFUNDS WILL BE MAILED TO THE ADDRESS PROVDIED IN THIS AGREEMENT. No alcoholic beverages shall be sold. If decorations are involved, it is understood such decorations shall not mar or otherwise damage the facility. Lessee will extend necessary supervision to avoid inappropriate behavior by those attending the event. Police protection, if required, is the responsibility of the Lessee. Lessee is to remove from the premises all decorations and other materials immediately following the event. All tables and chairs must be put back in the storage area from which they came immediately following the event. Wedgewood Tennis Villas, Inc. fully realizes that accidents, incidents or injuries may occur at a function for which the premises are being rented which may involve loss or injury to personal property, and that it is the intention of both the Lessee and Wedgewood Tennis Villas, Inc. that Wedgewood Tennis Villas, Inc. shall in no way be held responsible as a result of any such loss, incident or injury. The Lessee assumes full liability for any loss to or damage to any property of Wedgewood Tennis Villas, Inc. that may arise out of the use of the premises by the Lessee. This agreement indemnifies Wedgewood Tennis Villas, Inc. from any cause whatsoever unless caused by Wedgewood Tennis Villas, Inc. If Lessee is granted permission to use the kitchen, kitchen is to be used for warming only of food. Lessee is responsible for all clean-up in the kitchen directly following the event. Any unusual or excessive clean-up caused by Lessee will be paid from security deposit. The rate will be determined by representative from Wedgewood Tennis Villas based on clean-up time. In the event the Lessee desires to cancel this agreement the Lessee must provide fifteen (15) days written notice prior to the day or days of the event. Wedgewood Tennis Villas Inc.’s sole responsibility, in the event of such cancellation, will be a refund of the deposit less fifteen dollars ($15.00) cancellation fee. No refunds will be made unless proper notice as described in this paragraph has been given.

More Definitions of Kitchen Use
Kitchen Use. Each facility kitchen has a commercial refrigerator / commercial freezer / sink / warming oven / microwave. Kitchen facilities must be cleaned after use to pre-use condition. All Trash must be placed in trash cans with liners. All equipment must remain within the facility. Please note: Ice, Dishes, Linens, Silverware and Serving Utensils are NOT provided. CATERERS: Stow Parks & Recreation Department does not provide caterer recommendations. Caterers must adhere to all rules and procedures as outlined for renter. SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside any City-owned facility. FIRES: Fires are permitted only in the designated areas. Grills must be a minimum of 50 feet from the building. Firewood is supplied upon request at time of rental. All fires must remain in fireplace or fire ring and be extinguished completely prior to leaving the facility.
Kitchen Use. If a renter uses the kitchen (also for warming food items) there is a $ 200 fee.
Kitchen Use. No deep frying or greasy cooking allowed. Decorations: All decorations must be removed at the conclusion of the event. Decorations must not be attached to the buildings by using nails, staples, tacks, scotch tape, duct tape, or masking tape. Only painter’s tape is allowed. Rice, confetti, glitter, gum, silly string and fog machines are not allowed inside the hall. No open flames are allowed in the building. No pyrotechnics are allowed on the property. (Sternos for chafing dishes are acceptable). Hall will be left as it was before rental. Youth: Youth groups (aged 18 and younger) must have adult chaperones present.
Kitchen Use. The kitchen in the Civic Center includes a range, ovens, grill, ice machine, tea & coffee machines and refrigerator/freezer is available for your use. The Civic Center does not provide cookware, dishes, or utensils.
Kitchen Use means preparing food, cooking, warming, and such like. If your event is serving only previously prepared food but not “using the kitchen,” the kitchen counters, refrigerators, and freezers may be used as temporary storage if room exists at the time of the event.
Kitchen Use. Use of the kitchens at the Eau Gallie Civic Center, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Community Center, and Front Street Civic Center includes use of a commercial refrigerator (no freezer), food warmer, and microwave. No cooking is allowed inside these facilities. No cooking is allowed outside within 10’ of any building. The Grant Street & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Park Community Centers include full service kitchens.
