All tables and chairs must be put back in the storage area from which they came immediately following the event. Wedgewood Tennis Villas, Inc. fully realizes that accidents, incidents or injuries may occur at a function for which the premises are being rented which may involve loss or injury to personal property, and that it is the intention of both the Lessee and Wedgewood Tennis Villas, Inc. that Wedgewood Tennis Villas, Inc. shall in no way be held responsible as a result of any such loss, incident or injury. The Lessee assumes full liability for any loss to or damage to any property of Wedgewood Tennis Villas, Inc. that may arise out of the use of the premises by the Lessee. This agreement indemnifies Wedgewood Tennis Villas, Inc. from any cause whatsoever unless caused by Wedgewood Tennis Villas, Inc. If Lessee is granted permission to use the kitchen, kitchen is to be used for warming only of food. Lessee is responsible for all clean-up in the kitchen directly following the event. Any unusual or excessive clean-up caused by Lessee will be paid from security deposit. The rate will be determined by representative from Wedgewood Tennis Villas based on clean-up time. In the event the Lessee desires to cancel this agreement the Lessee must provide fifteen (15) days written notice prior to the day or days of the event. Wedgewood Tennis Villas Inc.’s sole responsibility, in the event of such cancellation, will be a refund of the deposit less fifteen dollars ($15.00) cancellation fee. Kitchen Use. Renter, or the Renter’s Caterer if utilized, may use the Kitchen only to warm and serve food and drinks. Use is limited to sinks, ovens, one refrigerator and microwave. No utensils or other kitchen appliances may be used. Gambling: Illegal gambling is prohibited in the building or on the grounds. Smoking: The MCC is a smoke-free facility and smoking of any kind is prohibited in the building. Clean-up: Renter must, promptly upon completion of the Event, clean and remove all food, beverages and any decorations from the Premises allowed for the Event and Building and surrounding grounds, leaving the premises in broom-clean condition. Trash must be placed in bags in the dumpster and recycle in recycle bins outside the kitchen door.
Kitchen Use. Each facility kitchen has a commercial refrigerator / commercial freezer / sink / warming oven / microwave. Kitchen facilities must be cleaned after use to pre-use condition. CSC Service also offers a mobile app for both android and ios users, which can be used to file a service request if needed. Please closely monitor your laundry and check on it often during the laundering process. This will help secure your belongings and make the machines available for other residents as soon as possible. You will need to supply your own laundry soap, bleach, and fabric softener. Lockouts: Students should contact the Resident Assistant on duty if locked out. Identification will be required upon unlocking a door for security purposes. Each resident is allowed two (2) free lockouts per semester; further lockouts will result in a charge of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00). Liability: MC is not responsible for damage to a student’s personal property by fire, theft, or any other cause. Students are encouraged to remove all valuables from their rooms during periods of absence. Students are further advised to refrain from bringing irreplaceable objects to MC and to obtain a homeowner’s renter’s insurance policy that provides coverage for their possessions.
