Korean Collateral Agreements definition
Korean Collateral Agreements means the agreements set forth on Schedule 1.01(G) under the heading “Korean Collateral Agreements”, which agreements shall be granted in accordance with the Agreed Guaranty and Security Principles, in each case as may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
