Korean Shares definition

Korean Shares means all present and future outstanding Capital Stock issued by Bowater-Korea Co., Ltd.
Korean Shares has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.

  • The Offered Shares and the Korean Shares are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Shares”.
