KPC COST OF SERVICE DIFFERENCE definition
KPC COST OF SERVICE DIFFERENCE means the positive difference between the KPC Minimum Cost of Service Amount and the KPC Service Amount during each calendar year in the KPC Payment Obligation Period; provided, however, that in no event shall the KPC Cost of Service Difference exceed $2,900,000 for any calendar year; provided, further, however, that the KPC Cost of Service Difference for any period less than 365 days shall be prorated based on the number of days in such period.
