Lack of Orders definition

Lack of Orders means any lack of orders as measured in SAP that exceeds the amount of lack of orders accounted for in Budgeted Capacity (as determined by IP during its annual budgeting process and adjusted for any calendar year on each Annual Adjustment Date); provided that the amount of Lack of Orders for the RD16 sheeting equipment shall not exceed the amount of the Lack of Orders for the RD16 paper machine as measured by ton; provided, further, that downtime that is caused by IP’s operational inefficiency shall not be charged to Sylvamo.
