Lagged Reporting Date definition

Lagged Reporting Date means the Reporting Date immediately prior to the Current Reporting Date;
Lagged Reporting Date means the Reporting Date immediately prior to the Current Reporting Date. “Mandatory Shortfall” is the amount by which the Interest Amount exceeds the New Capital Amount. “New Capital Amount” means 100% of the net proceeds received by us or any other member of the Group
Lagged Reporting Date. ’ means the date of the quarterly ¢nancial statements of the Issuer two quarters immediately preceding the Current Reporting Date.

Related to Lagged Reporting Date

  • Reporting Date means the 7th day of each Month following the Month to which the relevant Management Information relates, or such other date as may be agreed between the Parties;

  • Required Reports Collectively, the Monthly Report, the Servicer’s Certificate required pursuant to Section 6.10(c), the financial statements of the Servicer required pursuant to Section 6.10(d), the annual statements as to compliance required pursuant to Section 6.11, and the annual independent public accountant’s report required pursuant to Section 6.12.

  • Extended Reporting Period means a designated period of time after a claims-made policy has expired during which a claim may be made and coverage triggered as if the claim has been made during the policy period.

  • Monthly Reporting Date means the fifteenth (15th) day of each Monthly Period (or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day).

  • Increased Reporting Period means the period commencing after the continuance of an Increased Reporting Event and continuing until the date when no Increased Reporting Event has occurred for 30 consecutive days.

  • Founded Reports means the Department's Children, Adults, and Families Division or Law Enforcement Authority (LEA) determination, based on the evidence, that there is reasonable cause to believe that conduct in violation of the child abuse statutes or rules has occurred and such conduct is attributable to the person alleged to have engaged in the conduct.

  • Mandated reporter means any school personnel who knows or has reason to believe a child is being neglected or physically or sexually abused, or has been neglected or physically or sexually abused within the preceding three years.

  • Verified Report means the report submitted by the Purchaser to the Head of the Purchaser setting forth its findings as to the existence of grounds or causes for termination and explicitly stating its recommendation for the issuance of a Notice to Terminate.

  • Mandated Reporters means any school personnel who has reason to believe that a vulnerable adult is being or has been maltreated.

  • Monthly Reporting Period The period during which servicers report Mortgage payments to the Administrator, generally consisting of the calendar month preceding the related Payment Date for Gold PCs and the second calendar month preceding the related Payment Date for ARM PCs, which period the Administrator has the right to change as provided in Section 3.05(d) of this Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to prepayments on PCs issued before September 1, 1995, the Monthly Reporting Period generally is from the 16th of a month through the 15th of the next month.

  • Reporting Day means the day (if any) specified as such in the Reference Rate Terms.

  • Reporting Failure has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

  • Weekly Reporting Period means any period (a) during which any Default or any Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, or (b) that constitutes a Minimum Availability Period; provided that if the circumstances described in clause (a) or (b), as applicable, shall occur and cease to exist twice during any calendar year, then any subsequent Weekly Reporting Period occurring during such calendar year shall continue through the end of such calendar year.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Financial reporting year means the latest consecutive twelve-month period for which any of the following reports used to support a financial test is prepared:

  • Internal control over financial reporting means a process effected by an insurer’s board of directors, management and other personnel designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding the reliability of the financial statements, i.e., those items specified in Section 5(B)(2) through 5(B)(7) of this regulation and includes those policies and procedures that:

  • Significant Obligor NOI Quarterly Filing Deadline With respect to each calendar quarter (other than the fourth calendar quarter of any calendar year) and each Significant Obligor, the date that is fifteen (15) days after the Relevant Distribution Date occurring on or immediately following the date by which the related Mortgagor is required to deliver quarterly financial statements to the lender under the related Loan Agreement in connection with such calendar quarter (which date is set forth in Section 10.11(a) for any Significant Obligor with respect to the Trust).

  • Reportable Compliance Event means that any Covered Entity becomes a Sanctioned Person, or is charged by indictment, criminal complaint or similar charging instrument, arraigned, or custodially detained in connection with any Anti-Terrorism Law or any predicate crime to any Anti-Terrorism Law, or has knowledge of facts or circumstances to the effect that it is reasonably likely that any aspect of its operations is in actual or probable violation of any Anti-Terrorism Law.

  • Reporting Requirement By January 31, 2017, the District will provide for OCR’s review and approval the Web Accessibility Policy drafted consistent with Item 1.

  • Monthly Report Determination Date The meaning specified in Section 10.7(a).

  • Reporting Requirements As defined in Section 11.15.

  • CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) Collectively: (a) the following nine data files (and any other files as may be, or have been, adopted and promulgated by CREFC® as part of the CREFC® Investor Reporting Package (IRP) from time to time): (i) CREFC® Loan Setup File, (ii) CREFC® Loan Periodic Update File, (iii) CREFC® Property File, (iv) CREFC® Bond Level File, (v) CREFC® Financial File, (vi) CREFC® Collateral Summary File, (vii) CREFC® Special Servicer Loan File, (viii) CREFC® Special Servicer Property File and (ix) CREFC® Schedule AL File;

  • Non-Reporting Financial Institution means any Financial Institution that is:

  • Testing Date means each day which is: (i) the last day of the Issuer's financial year in any year; or (ii) the last day of each of the first three quarters of the Issuer's financial year in any year.

  • Master Servicer Reporting Date With respect to any Distribution Date, 3:00 p.m. New York time on the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately succeeding such 18th day.

  • Assessment Date means the tax assessment effective date for each tax year in question,i.e. December 31 of the immediately preceding calendar year.
