The road known as the Lake Access Road leading from Blackchin Boulevard to the water intake point on Cayuga Lake, and all appurtenances to said road, have been transferred to the Village of Lansing as set forth in the “Southern Cayuga Lake Intermunicipal Water Commission-Village of Lansing Intermunicipal Agreement,” dated May 9, 2012.
