Land Appraisal definition

Land Appraisal means, with respect to each Property, an appraisal prepared by the Appraiser of the Land portion of such Property, which Land Appraisal complies in all material respects (as determined by the judgment of counsel to the Lenders and the Lessor) with all of the provisions of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989, as amended, the rules and regulations adopted pursuant thereto, and all other applicable Requirements of Law, and will appraise the Fair Market Sales Value of such Land.
